Easy healthy cake recipe: Gluten-free chocolate cake

This recipe from Pastry Chef Namal Kalubowila at the Mövenpick Hotel Colombo, Sri Lanka, make a one kilo cake online

Ingredients
200 g sugar
200 g almond powder
5 eggs
125 g melted butter 
240 g melted dark chocolate

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C.
  2. Mix together the sugar, almond powder, eggs and melted butter.
  3. Add the melted chocolate, and mix well until the mixture thickens.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
